Yesterday we celebrated Resurrection Sunday! I woke up feeling so thankful that Jesus died for my sins. Yesterday represented the foundation of Christianity and what I believe and live by, that because of Jesus I can live. He is risen!
Our church service was nothing short of amazing, I am learning so many lessons during this time in my life and I am so floored by what God is doing in my life. It's not always fun having to learn tough lessons in life, but I am embracing these moments instead of rushing through them.
This darling white dress that I wore for Easter was soooo cute and so comfortable. The most difficult thing about this dress was picking the right bra. The adorable cage part at the top of the dress made it really difficult to hide your bra. I ended up wearing a wireless bra that I could bring all the way down so it was not seen. Was it my favorite bra? NO!!! But,it was either sacrifice support or let your bra show. I opted for a little sag. haha! Gotta do what you gotta do.
I pulled out an oldie but goodie peep toe Louboutin sandal and rocked out!

I was feeling all sorts of summer time fine in this light bright dress from Eshakti.
I decided to bring this lovely dress out the day before the 4th of July! I honestly didn't even realize the colors were quite festive.
The dress is perfect for the summer. It's very lightweight and can easily be worn with flat sandals.

This past Saturday I attended a Women's Prayer Brunch and . I was asked to be the Fashion Commentator for their mini Fashion Show for their upcoming women's day. Now as the fashion commentator I was told I could give some fashion tips and talk about my blog, but I instead was led by God to discuss being fearless in fashion for HIM!
The theme at the brunch was Women at the threshold of greatness and how can we be great if we are afraid?! The word of God says that God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind! So, why not approach fashion in a fearless way because of HIM. I honestly think of Sunday mornings as preparing to go on a date with God. Although I commune with him on daily basis, I imagine God calling me up saying I have something special for you. I have something good for you. TODAY IS OUR DATE. I've even picked out your clothes, all you have to do is show up with an open heart. So when I am getting dressed, especially on a Sunday, my approach is that it’s time for OUR SPECIAL DATE!!!! HE is my EVERYTHING, so why wouldn’t I give Him 100%! Why wouldn’t I be fabulous for Christ?
This brunch was a beautiful event with over 150 beautiful women of God. I left so encouraged and inspired by their poise and grace. Here's a few pictures from the brunch and of course afterwards I had a little photo shoot to show off the fab dress!

Let's talk being fearless in fashion!
To be fearless in fashion is to simply do something with your style that you normally wouldn't do. One of my goals is to constantly challenge myself with my fashion. As much as I enjoy my signature style, I enjoy stepping out of the box and being fearless. I love it so much that I encourage my friends, family and even my clients to find moments to be fearless in fashion.
This beautiful Eshakti dress has me feeling super fearless! I am typically a bit more modest in my dressing but when I received this dress from Eshakti I decided to be totally fearless.
Every time I get dressed I want my personality that God has blessed me with to shine through. Although this dress was my typical silhouette the cleavage was a bit more spice. It was my take on being fearless for this #SundaysWithTot.

Can you believe that it is almost February 2016??!! This year is already shaping up to be quite amazing and I am so thankful to God for HIS many blessings. The holidays were a little rough for me but I kept pushing through and trusting God. I feel more like myself and I can feel the joy of the Lord all over me. I am most certainly thankful for a TRUE peace that surpasses all understanding, including my own.
Now, let's talk about this lovely dress. I have had this dress since October and just could not wait to wear it. I was trying to wait until the Spring/Summer to rock it but I just could not resist. The colors and the design are just sooooo cute to me.
It's easy to see that I love my skater dresses!! I love this shape of dress and this one is super chill and very light weight. I could not get a good twirl in it because my shoes were just too uncomfortable. UGH! lol!
But, I can always strut!!!!
Trying to give a little power pose in my power dress. Although a lot of my dresses are super simple. I believe that your posture in them is EVERYTHING! Actually, with everything you wear you must wear the item and not let it wear you. Nothing is "simple" when you are standing up right and feeling super confident.

I saved this shoe for last,, this painful shoe is Giuseppe Zanotti and I loved the color of it so much that I had to have it. Its so darling but I will probably be selling it on one of my favorite Consignment sites soon. I am just over the painful shoes. I love my heels but not the pain and I have been really blessed to find so many great shoes minus the pain. haha! I'm so serious.

This coat is so perfect for this time of year. I purchased this coat last year from a Kosmios, but it only had one single snap on the entire coat. Crazy, right?? So, I took it to my local cleaners and had the gold zipper added. It was the perfect addition to this piece, and I am certain I will be wearing it all of the time now. |

The weather is getting cooler by the day. So,tights are pretty mandatory if you don't want to freeze. lol!
